If someone is insecure about something (Looks, hair, personality, etc.) what would they do to make themself more comfortable with their looks and more confident about way more than themself, like speaking up in class or asking someone out, (Ect.)

you should really try it if u don't try u would be stuck in the same thing you were at once i was also a shy guy but now all shy has gone and now i am not that good but also i have confidence if u aren't good but u have the courage and confidence you can do anything
