HI guys. I need some more ways to cope with physical and mental pain. I was hurt buy a guy that I didn't know and he hurt me. the cops found him and put him in prison but I still can't get over it. thank you guys. :)

report them to the principal and if they dont do anything about it get your parents involved and keep reporting the teacher.
