Critically discuss Road Accident fund and give two advantages and 2 disadvantages​

The advantages are-
Provides monetary compensation to the
victims of the accidents for:
Medical expenses, general damages,
funeral expenses, loss of earnings, etc.
Helps people directly involved in the
accident or close relative of the person
who's dead.
The disadvantages are-
If the person driving the vehicle is the
owner and is responsible for the
accident, he or she is not eligible for it.
If the person is the only one involved in
the accident ( bad roads, car crashed
into a tree, etc), they won't be eligible
for it as well.
