I’m literally tired and have stress bumps plz help !

1. I think the 1st one was adopted because there was a lot of people needing care and things would get disorganized. Also there was more outbreaks back then. I think that every system has its faults.
2. It helps have lots of patients information organized and it’s all in one area.
3. If something happens all the data can easily be lost especially if they don’t have it backed up and saved to something so it won’t be lost no matter what.

(a) is not correct because one does not get increased cholesterol  from lifting weights.(b) is not correct because lifting weights cannot reduce the risk of a hereditary disease.(c) is not correct because back pain isn't a benefit! and plus, if he lifts weights properly, he should not have back pain.(d) is the correct answer because his ligaments will gain mass, making it easier for him to carry heavier weights and he will also be stronger!
