2.) I dont have time to eat breakfast I'll just grab some crackers on the way so that i dont feel hungry later.

2.) It is important to set a scheduled time to eat a healthy breakfast so that your body has the energy to keep moving. A few crackers doesn't count as breakfast because it's only providing you with grains, which is not a well-balanced meal.
