Because the causes or what is happening may not be visible or obvious at times, because is does not always give us symptoms that we can realize as a decline in mental and emotional health. The consequences are things such as anxiety, depression, and nonmotivation to do daily activities.
While physical health on the other hand is usually what we notice more, because we can see it and understand it at time.
