eggs are a extremely good source of protein, the yoke has all of the nutrients

*avocado is healthy, tastes amazing in low calorie nacho chips, and sandwiches, sushi, etc. it also helps with/ prevent cancer,depression,inflammation

*green tea is delicious and refreshing to drink. the benefits are to help boost ur brain, energy, heart health, contain antioxidants
