What does it mean when we say balanced of life in the health concepts of massage? How does it help a human in his/her daily life? 5-10 sentence pls, i am begging you to answer this

There is much research that validates that massage therapy is an important component of a wellness program. Massage has been shown to increase range of motion and flexibility as well as to improve measures of anxiety, depression, vitality, and perceived stress. Massage even helps to overcome the feelings of fatigue both physically and psychologically.

Generally, people use massage for either general relaxation and wellbeing, or to address a specific complaint, such as pain or limited range of motion. Research suggests massage therapy may contribute to both goals.  

 Massage therapy may help the body in many ways.  Massage can relax muscle tissue, which may lead to decreased nerve compression, increased joint space, and range of motion.  

Massage therapy is also thought to induce a relaxation response, which lowers the heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood pressure; boosts the immune system; and generally decreases the physical effects of stress.
