You should see a therapist. It can definately help (I know from personal experiance).

Try and spend time doing things for yourself. Always maintain a positive view of yourself and a balanced amount of self-love. It's times like these where people tend to start to develop self-hatred in reaction to what they are going through. So, try and make sure that doesn't happen.

Make sure you don't isolate yourself. Spent time with people who truly make you happy.

Make sure you are eating well and getting good sleep.

Write your feelings down. I don't care how silly it sounds, it works, especially if you don't feel comfortable talking to others yet.
