Fenisha (age 37) and her husband (age 41) have been married about 10 years. During the last two years Fenisha has been trying to get pregnant and start a family. Fenisha works full time as 911 dispatch operator and smokes. She has complained to her doctor that she is under a lot of stress. Her husband works full time as a waiter in an all-night diner. His doctor is concerned about the amount of caffeine he drinks and that he's not getting enough sleep. 1. List and describe at least 2 reasons why Fenisha & her husband are having difficulty conceiving. Remember to consider the husband's (mens) role in conception, too.

2. What are some general reasons why a woman, like Fenisha, might not be able to get pregnant?

3. Based on your choices what's one solution that you might offer Fenisha and her husband to help them conceive? Or what advice can you offer them?
