First, you're going to have to burn some fat So you'll want to do about 10 - 30 minutes of intense cardio (running, biking, etc.) before your workout. This will allow you to burn fat while doing your training. (You need to lower body fat percentage to see your abs).

Next, find a workout regime via yt or another platform and just follow that. It might take a bit to see results, but gradually you will.

Just remember to say committed, and that results won't happen overnight; however, they will happen!
