Smoking weakens the immune system. I say this because when you take a hit you are filling your body with toxic items and mental which then you procced to move through you lungs than back out. Now most people after a hit cough because of the smoke being stuck or there body trying to get it all out. This lowers the immune system because putting toxians in your body isn't a good idea if you want to be healthy.
