In total there are five components of health related fitness:

cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, composition.

The health related components help to control weight, lower sugar and cholesterol levels, boosts the immune system. Physical activities always have a positive effect on the entire health of the body. It helps in reducing many diseases. In addition to that, these components help us to get better quality of sleep and helps in reducing mood disorders
