It is of the utmost importance; many of the laws that govern medical care for even one individual on the team can extend to other members of the team or even farther up. It won't be just one person that faces litigation, for an error. Additionally the laws are present for the protection of the team, the patient, and anyone involved. The protection of all these people is a valuable requirement.
