A good, nurturing parent will keep their baby's diaper clean. Babies can't do that themselves. If parents don't do that then eventually it will start infection and that is not good. Babies need to eat every few hours, it's just common sense that your baby will starve if you don't feed them. Keep your baby comfortable, your baby will get cold, your baby will get hot and you need to keep them at a good temperature, they will also need to feel loved. Without getting attention they will start to get stress witch results in the changing of the brain. By the time they are adults they will be overly sensitive to trauma. Depression is lifelong, though you can get medication to with it. the difference between sadness and depression is that sadness lasts a little bit, depression last a long time and it goes on and off. people usually get depression through experiences they have been through, or genetics.
