The answer would be A) TRUE because anger is bad since anger leads to rage and rage leads to violence, and u can take your anger out on innocent people and hurt them physically or emotionally, words and actions hurt and affect people so its best to mild-tempered and not get mad over things. Guilt is bad because in terms it means u know something is wrong but u choose to continue doing it, that's what our conscience is for, to tell us right from wrong, some of us choose to ignore it and fare badly but the wise ones listen so guilt is normal since no one is perfect and we all do things we wish we hadn't done, but guilt is like a reminder to tell u to stop doing this, so emotions are very powerful and can be used in good ways and abused in wrong ways.
