When first beginning a workout the warm up period

The warm up period is when you basically warm up. Stretch, jog, just to get you blooding flowing. 

I️ go to the gym, so when you want to work out start off with some “soft” exercises, or warm ups. I️ usually start of by walking or jogging on the treadmill for about 1-2 weeks. That gets your blood pressure pumping to do more! At the 3rd week I️ do stairs for 30-40 minutes until I️ feel comfortable to do anything else. I️ hoped this helped you!
