How do your peer's relationships affect your overall health status?

Relationships with friends often have positive influences on my psychological health (of course there may be exceptions), but they also help to improve physical health.

Friendships may be haphazardly built or handpicked, but it is these friends who accompany you at the best or worst of times, are present at your greatest challenges, and fuel the routine. In addition to serving as a foundation in their daily lives, friendships serve to break down barriers of prejudice, regardless of race, gender, nationality and connecting people from all over the world. And all this reciprocity of affection, care and respect helps your physical and mental health greatly.

Of course there are cases of friends that have bad effects on our health. These friends should be discarded, for a good friendship should give us confidence, comfort and safety which improves our psychological health and provides us with emotional support when we need it. In addition, with good friends, we are more motivated to do group physical activities, walk, play sports, among other factors that help our physical health.
