What would you say to someone that justifies their bad heart healthy choices by saying, “healthy people die of heart attacks, too? ”

I would say “everyone has a chance to die from a heart attack, even the people who are very healthy. If your heart condition is bad though, you have a better chance of getting a heart attack.”

Well, i would say i'm more healthier so my body would have a very low chance of a heart attack, because my organs are running better & cleaner, but people that are not as healthy & there heart is at higher risk of heart attacks, through genetics or recent habit.
