Environment
While most environmental factors of health are beyond our personal control, there are still some that we can control. An ideal healthy environment includes pure water, clean air, and appropriate sunshine. However, air pollution is inevitable if you live in a big city. You can’t control it, but you can try using a mask to protect you from air pollution.
Activity
Doing exercise regularly and getting enough sleep are two important keys to getting physical health. Regular exercise can improve your metabolism, increase bone and muscle strength, and improve sleep. It’s important to have enough and quality sleep to make sure your body is well-rested.
Psychology
Your mental health can impact on your physical health. When you feel down in a prolonged time, it does not do any good for your physical health because you will feel physically weak. For example, a study shows that depression has been associated with an increased risk of coronary heart disease.
