If phi/pii is placed on a shared folder, what must individuals have in order to access the folder

In order to access the shared folder, the shared folder must be placed  in Stanford medicine box  and all the persons with whom the folder will be shared must also have Stanford medicine box accounts.
Stanford medicine box is the one that has been approved for storing and sharing Protected Health Information [PHI] because of the private and confidential nature of such information.

The individuals must place the shared folder in the Stanford medicine box and those individuals must have accounts in order to access it. Stanford medicine box is responsible for storing and sharing Protected Health Information (PHI) because it contains confidential and private information from people
