Early in the ninth month of pregnancy a client experiences painless vaginal bleeding and is admitted to the hospital. what should the client's plan of care include?

This is all a case-by-case situation. However, it appears the mom-to-be is experiencing placenta previa where the placenta covers the cervix.

An ultrasound both abdominal and intravaginal ultrasounds to determine the cause of the bleeding and develop their diagnosis.

You'll start an IV on the mom-to-be for fluid replacement and have open access for rapid medication push incase she starts to decline fast. Then, if the baby is far enough within the gestation, they'll usually do a cesarean section to deliver the baby.

for me i would

1.   break up the project into simpler tasks

2. prioritize the tasks

3. create an action plan

4. create a schedule

5. delegate work

this would be logical sequence, because:

1.   i need to know what the simple tasks are

2. i need to know which ones need to be done in order of importance

3. make a plan to get everything done in the correct order

4. set up the times and days for completion

5. hand out tasks to other to get it all done.
