Risky behaviors can lead to one's destruction.  And in order to live a healthy life which will lead to longevity, we must avoid risky behaviors.  By doing so, we bypass unnecessary trips to the hospital.  We also protect ourselves from stress which is considered one of the major culprits of early morbidity and death.  Furthermore, risky behaviors also have serious repercussions to one's social life and educational aspect.
