Explain the role that heredity plays in skill-related fitness.

Heredity plays an important role in the development or the acquisition of skill-related fitness components. This is most noticeable in speed and reaction time, where some individuals are born naturally with this abilities because either one or both of his/her parents have the same capacities in performance. That is why there are some athletes who are born naturally gifted because of the traits they inherit directly from their parents.  
Though heredity plays a key role in the skill-related fitness components, rigorous training and dedication can still add up to the body's limited natural ability.

Dbecause it isn't always an athlete, breathing techniques don't have to be advanced, and consistent intensity won't make it go down or stay the same
