Baseball, you need eye hand reflexes which is the reflex on how well both your eyes and hands work together which can improve reaction times. Running which you have to do to get from base to base and throwing the  ball you need to practice communications with others around and you need to work on form for all 3, without one you cant play baseball to the best of your ability
