First you stick it in your mouth. then you bite and chew till it's mush. next you swallow, the mushy bread then travels down your esophagus to your stomach. then it is digested in your stomach acid which again travels but this time to the small intestine. then it is sent up to the pancreas and then next door to the liver. once there the liver cleans the food and sends the nutrients to the body while the mush goes to the large intestine. finally the mush then passes through the...ya know.

It is very important to stay hydrated. your body needs it for may things for cells, tissues, your organs and etc. water also with your temperature that way you don’t get a headache etc. i bet if you look it up there will be a lot of things you can learn.
