I would choose an absolute favorite sport, dance. Dance requires a lot of skills, such as balance, flexibility, and coordination. I would prepare for dance by exercising, practicing my skills, and making it better.

Another sport that I would go for is basketball. skills necessary for basketball is good Hand-eye coordination. I can practice that skill by shooting hoops everyday or practice making this skill better every day. The next skill you need would be agility, I can do 20 laps every day, go for a 30-minute jog in the morning, stretch, and practice just like every skill that you should do to get better.
