Responding to conflict by avoiding it is not healthy in sustaining a positive relationship because by doing such the problem is not solved rather it is being ignored and there is a possibility that the same cause will happen again in the future. It should be that if there are conflicts one should be strong enough to face the problem and solve it no matter what.
