Which food located at a self service area must be protected by a sneeze guard?

Self service would allow people to be able to have what they want and can get it by themselves. Raw meat, seafood and poultry and ready eat food should be protected by sneeze guard. This then would protect the food from contamination.

I'm fine with them being them but when they try to influence me or change public policy then i have a problem
