What were african slaves in the colonial south

African slaves were brought to America by European as servants and labors to help the English colonies to prosper and to generate wealth for the empire. African Slaves sold in auction in the southern colonies with betting on them. Slaves were forced to work as domestic servants in white colonists household as well as in the fields of cotton and tobacco plantations.  

interdependence is when all participating groups and individuals depend on each other. if you depend on one anothers goods, you end up trading in order to get the items you're looking for. (for ex: if i have food and you have water, we trade in order to depend on each other to live)
