Ijust need a title for it this is my made up press release for summer school climate change can cause severe weather and rising sea levels which are affecting many people and their property in developed and developing countries. from a small farmer in the philippines to a businessman in london, climate change is affecting everyone around the world, especially the poor and vulnerable, as well as marginalized groups like women, children, and the elderly. here the unfccc and the ipcc will be mentioned, explaining who they are and what they have done to our climate. the united nations framework convention on climate change (unfccc) is an international environmental treaty adopted on may 9, 1992. it had entered into force on march 21, 1994, after a sufficient number of countries had ratified it. the unfccc's objective is to "stabilize greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere at a level that would prevent dangerous anthropogenic interference with the climate system". the ipcc's ar5 had assessed more extensively than the prior assessments, the socioeconomic impacts of climate change and the challenges for keeping a sustainable development. the inclusive process by which ipcc's assessments are developed and accepted by its many members ensures exceptional scientific credibility. for this reason, the ar5 serves as the basis to inform domestic and international climate policies. many countries draw upon the ipcc in their national climate assessments. such as the november 2017 release of the first volume of the u. s. fourth national climate assessment (nca4), which was also referred to as the climate science special report (cssr). in this release, it has been mentioned who and what the unfccc and the ipcc have done to the environment, it has also been mentioned why it's so important to slow the climate change the best we can and hopefully stop it or reverse what has already happened.
