i believe the political philosophy is communism

political actvist were viewed as revolutionaries with anti-status quo attitude toward the established norms of american identity such as property. one idea that was mainly resented was equality. Equality as a concept had been very divisive on how it applies to capitalism, with those who called for equality being seen as agitating for an egalitirian society, class less in nature, which was not in line with american ideals. Now it is known that equality implies fair opportunity,chance and rights.

by 1890, the united states had by far the world's most productive economy. american industry produced twice as much as its closest competitor--britain. but the united states was not a great military or diplomatic power. its army numbered less than 30,000 troops, and its navy had only about 10,000 seamen. britain's army was five times the size of its american counterpart, and its navy was ten times bigger. the united states' military was small because the country was situated between two large oceans and was surrounded by weak or friendly nations. it faced no serious military threats and had little interest in asserting military power overseas.

the noble might have thought that the system was far because they had lot of things and riches and the serf would have thought that the feudal system was un fair because of the way they were treated.
