How does the price of land and the fertility of land in the middle colonies compare with that of england?

The price of land is cheaper and the fertility of the land is much better.

The answer to this prompt can be found in the first paragraph of the document attached. It states they can get land for "little or nothing" demonstrating the cheap price. The document then states, "will get twice the encrease (increase) of Corn for every Bushel they sow" demonstrating the land is fertile and produces double of the richest land in England.

The Middle Colonies consisted of New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. This land was rich for farming food and raising animals. The soil was fertile and provided good grass for grazing animals. Families were drawn to these colonies to get cheap land and the ability to produce large amounts of food for their families and for sale.
