As the French were struggling in Vietnam and eventually began to pull out troops, some members of the US wanted Eisenhower to send troops to take over the war effort to prevent a communist takeover of Vietnam. huayna took this as another bad omen that predicted the destruction of the empire.

the process is called revolution because it was a process of great economic-social transformations that began in england in the xviii century.
