This is false. The state that the previous answer has given falls short. An American's CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS are given via the Bill of Rights. Americans' Civil Rights came much later on in history. Think about the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960's.

some people are just against it im not sure but i think everyone deserves to be treated equally i think people have a problem with it because its different and not like everything else i hope this !
