The Declaration on Liberated Europe stated that all nations previously under German control would have a democratic government.

This declaration was agreed during the Yalta War Conference which was conducted on 4/2/1945 and 11/2/1945.The meeting was attended by Joseph Stalin, Winston Churchill and F D Roosevelt.
