Accomplishing the formation of collaborative work, especially when participating in a group discussion is not always easy. After this, set the environment so that all members of the group can put in their ideas on how the main goal can be achieved. Build a sense of team identity and team collaboration and loyalty through making all members feel a part, and have a say, in how the group discussion will carry itself out.
