How did industrial technology impact sectionalism

The Industrial Revolution era helped spread sectionalism throughout the US in the early 1800´s.  

While the north was industrialized, the south was based on agriculture and textile inventions rather than machines, which meant developing unique and separate cultures.  

Furthermore, given their production system only the south needed slavery. Congress favoring the north on this issue aroused the sectionalism dispute.

this means that germany had to pay the allied countries. reparations are/is essentially payment for something that they have done wrong, so after ww1, germany was forced to pay reparations so they could replenish the allied countries resources' that they had lost during the war.
