Gold has been been mined in Ghana since 15 the century. It was believed to be found between rivers knows as the Volta and Ankobra. To this day Ghana miners are mainly Foucault on finding gold. It’s worth has become very large over the past years, about 3 years ago it was estimated that Ghana had about 4$million worth of gold.

Last year BMC privately invested in the mines.

Gold is still found near or in the rivers of Ghana. It is a heavy metal worth millions. There are many ways to find this gold. Miners can go underground and shaft, or sift through many river beds.

This gold is made into many items, usually rings and coins. Ghana gold can sometimes be clear and silver looking. Other kinda of minerals found in Ghana consist of Ghana Bauxite, Ghana Diamond, Ghana Timber, and Ghana Managanese.
