Im stuck on another problem any would be appreciated

A would be eliminated because if you look at it, and understand it, it's not really saying anything in relation to the question. And its saying its establishing a healthy place with prosperity and freedom.

B would be eliminated because, its talking about upholding or securing the Constitution that they are making for the people in the Unted States of America.

C would be eliminated because its talking about to be a more United and perfect union to help us progress and become one, to be United and protected. Basically all that. It's a empty sentence, is all.

D on the other hand is actually naming the things that one would do to reject the idea that the government would be able to ensure laws along with the politicians etc. Stating it, it says 'establishing justice' which means if the law is unfair, it would not be passed, as that is going against 'justice' as it states, and it wouldn't be establishing it much if they let a law like that be passed. 'Domestic Tranquillity' applies to the question because its saying it would be run by calm level-headed people who would ensure a good system that the people in the United States would trust. And at the end, 'provide for the common defence' says that it would provide for the people who deserve justice in their name because everybody is equal to one another.
Really hope you get why its D now, and hope you'll understand questions like these more! :)
