Federal courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all of the following types of cases except - a. cases involving a foreign government official. b. cases involving a person accused of a federal crime. c. cases involving probate. d. cases involving the infringement of a copyright.

Article Two Section 3 does not mention anything they cannot try, but it has been established that ambassadors from a foreign country are not to be tried in the Federal courts. Those cases are heard by the Supreme Court of the United States. I cannot either confirm or deny any of the other choices so that one is the one to choose.

A foreign government official could be just about anybody who works in the embassy of a foreign nation so the restriction might not be narrow enough. It is as close as I can come to the right answer.
