What idea did reformers support in order to reduce the gap between the rich and poor?

They wanted to improve schools,  health system and better the living conditions.  They wanted to introduce social laws who would help children and workers. They wanted to stop the big companies from abusing workers and make government more responsive to peoples needs.

because its important to learn about other countries and how high tech they are compared to us. also its good to learn about other cultures and how ours differs and in common also we need to learn about companies that we still buy since they ship it here.
