What high school supreme court case is this? there was a girl who was selling drugs in school. i believe probably 2 girls as friends. the police happened to be at the school and search through the girls's backpack and found the drugs. one girl confessed, but the other girl said the police broke the law from the bill of right amendment 4 by searching her without a warrant and she didn't give the police the right to search her bag. the girl sued the police, going to court, the girl was guilty because the judge said the police has the right to search because it happened on school ground/property which means a student/person has less rights.
