Communism was already very weak, but the Communist leaders of  East Germany decided that East Germany just need some moderate change to release the tension.In November 1989 an announcement was made by the East German Communist party that they will allow the east German that they are free to cross the borders.Later, the Berlin wall was flooded with the people from both sides and they fall the wall without the Soviet support, the East German government let go of their power.
