Manifest Destiny was the faith of the Americans that they considered that the Americans were intended by God to capture and govern the North American landmass. It was struck in 1845 and was the opinion that Americans were assumed to expand their boundaries. Manifest Destiny had a huge influence on America, firing its development to the Pacific, building America what it is today.
