few possessions
no shelters

The answer would be : Few possessions,  bringing unnecessary possessions will slow them down in their travel.

They travel in groups , so they do have friends. And since vehicles still haven't invented in that era, they travel the distance by feet. And as for shelter, they usually use caves or build their own with branches
