Should schizophrenics be punished for their crimes?

Certainly not the regular way by incarorating them. Schizophrenia is a mental illness and should be treated as such in a Mental Hospital. Unfortunalely this is not happening 99% of the time and one get's just lumped into the same category as every other fellon and put in prison with almost no access to Mental health.
