But since corruption may occur regardless of who is in charge, the people may again depose them. Some rulers in the past regardless if they hold the "divine right of kings" or some great amount of influence were overthrown by their own denizens who could easily outnumber their armies by 10 to 1, but that is only because they do not accept these particular policies and laws and possibly beliefs or ideologies handed out to them as they consider it as something of which does not find to their liking to the point where it just becomes unbearably intolerable for them to protest for change and maybe even rebel or stage a coup.
