Provide your own example of how the pursuit of order has infifrinfed on america

When the government looks into other people’s emails, it is a violation of our right to privacy.  This is being done without our consent.  The War on Terror has prompted the government to take drastic measures to combat terrorism but it should not violate our right to privacy.

he didn't think it was ethically wrong. he thought it was not going to work and it was not going to be of any assistance. he wrote about that in his memoirs.

-two-thirds of congress must approve.

-thee-quarters of states must approve.

-the proposed amendment becomes law.
