By 1763, most american colonists were in fact “happy” british subjects but resented what acts that regulated their trade with other countries?

The Stamp Act was, indeed, one of the acts that affected the colonists' trade with other countries, but there were also the Sugar Act, the Townshend Act, and the Tea Act.

Explanation: Starting in 1763, the American colonists began to suffer from a series of acts or taxes imposed by British government on a series of products.  The Sugar Act (1764) was the first of these taxes and it complicated trade for the colonists by requiring shippers to fill out many complex forms so that their cargoes were approved.  Any little mistake on the forms could get an entire cargo confiscated.

The Stamp Act (1765) was applied to all printed paper products.  This included many things, from legal documents to newspapers and even playing cards.  The colonists fought against the Stamp Act and it was eventually repealed (cancelled).

The Townshend Act (1767) taxed items such as paper, lead, glass, and tea.  This tax was applied to the products at the port, so it was already included in the price when items reached the stores.  The colonists protested arguing that it was "taxation without representation".  This phrase would become one of the main themes the colonists would fight for during the revolutionary war because they felt it was unfair for all these taxes to be imposed on them when they had no representative in the British Parliament to speak on their behalf.

Finally, the Tea Act gave the East India Co. a monopoly on tea sales in the colonies.  This restricted the options the colonists had to buy tea from other countries.  This new imposition created outrage and culminated in the Boston Tea Party.
